At the core of the building lies a central basement housing parking, technical rooms, and storage compartments, serving as the foundation upon which the UNUS units are stacked. Above, three floors accommodate eight units each, followed by an attic level with five units. A distinguishing feature of this project is the direct, unobstructed view of the lake available from all apartments, as well as the shared rooftop terrace.
