The special feature of the project is based on a well-thought-out floor plan, with each middle apartment benefiting from an over-height room in the living area. This allows maximum light to enter the rooms, creating a unique feeling of spaciousness and elegance. Another special feature of the project is the spacious, open-plan entrance area. To ensure that as many living spaces as possible benefit from natural daylight from the rear, the facade was expanded, and the entrance area was designed as a vertical garden.
